Effective Learner.

How have I been an effective learner?

I have been an effective learner by actually trying to learn new things about my topic in doing this Senior project instead of just doing the project off of things that I already know about skateboarding. For example, when I go in to do service learning, I really pay attention to how things work there, and try to remember all that I do, instead of forgetting it all by the time I get back home. One example of this is I have noticed the style of skate videos that are becoming more popular now, editing wise and trick wise. For example, I have noticed a trend in skate videos which is that viewers like slow motion that matches with music, also, a popular trick by demand is a tre flip, so what I have done is took a day on the weekend and filmed and edited my own video, keeping in mind the tricks that are popular and the editing details that are in right now. the video that I made is the one I'm posting right under this.



How am I going to improve?

I can keep doing what I'm doing and see if I can notice any other tends in the style of editing and tricks that kids like. Also, I can upload multiple videos to youtube, and see which ones get the best feedback by the viewers from youtube. But doing so will take time because wach video will need time to produce a lot of views and produce a range of commments with feedback.
