What is your topic?
My topic is skateboarding.
Why did you choose this topic?
I chose this topic because I wanted to do my senior project on something that really interests me, since I would be working with it so much through out the year. Also something that I already know a lot about, yet something that I need to learn more on. Skateboarding worked perfect because all the information I discover this year, won't just go to waste after the project is over, it's something I'm going to stick with.
What do you hope to accomplish after studying this topic all year?
After studying about skateboarding all year, I basically hope to know how to make a living off of skateboarding. Rather it be owning a skate shop, being a filming, photographer, working for a magazine or being a professional skater. I plan on looking into how I can get into all these occupations. And by the end of the year, having a clearer picture on what I want to do.
